An AfarHome coordinator reviewing a visit report on a tablet

How it works

How verified visit reports work at AfarHome

A visit is only useful if you can trust what happened. That is why every AfarHome visit ends with a structured report, reviewed by our operations team before it reaches you.

During a visit, the assigned provider checks in from the location, captures photographs, and completes a written summary covering the agreed points — how your relative is doing, the condition of the home, or the progress of a task.

Before anything is released, our coordinators review the evidence against your original request. If something is missing or unclear, we ask for it to be corrected rather than passing a weak report on to you.

You then receive the report in your account, with the option to approve it or raise a concern. Nothing is closed — and no payout is released — until the work has passed this review.
