Trust & safety
Built for families who cannot be there in person
How we verify providers, protect your relative's dignity and consent, safeguard sensitive records and handle concerns.
Provider verification
Government ID, proof of address, two references and a documented interview are reviewed before approval. Verification status is recorded and re-checked periodically.
Consent and dignity
Your relative agrees to visits and to photography separately. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, and any withdrawal is recorded.
Controlled assignments
Providers cannot browse customers or accept work directly. Coordinators assign each booking, and a provider only sees the details of the assignment allocated to them.
Protected evidence
Photographs, reports and documents are stored privately. They are shared only through short-lived secure links with people entitled to see them.
Safeguarding
If a provider or coordinator has a concern about a vulnerable person, it is escalated to our safeguarding officer. Those records carry the strictest access controls on the platform.
Accountability
Critical actions — role changes, assignments, payments and evidence access — are written to an immutable audit log.
Boundaries of our service
We provide non-clinical coordination and support services only. We do not provide emergency response, medical diagnosis or treatment, legal representation, or money transmission. Healthcare-related services are accompaniment and coordination only.
In an emergency, contact local emergency services directly. Our platform is not monitored for emergency response.
Raise a concern
If you are worried about the wellbeing of a person we support, or about the conduct of anyone on the platform, tell us and it will be routed to our safeguarding officer.
