Terms of service
The terms under which we arrange managed, non-clinical support services in Nigeria for customers abroad.
The service
AfarHome Ltd arranges and manages non-clinical support services delivered in Nigeria by providers we verify and assign. We are not an open marketplace; providers do not select customers and customers do not select providers directly.
Scope limitations
We provide non-clinical coordination and support services only. We do not provide emergency response, medical diagnosis or treatment, legal representation, or money transmission. Healthcare-related services are accompaniment and coordination only.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate details about beneficiaries, properties and access, and you must have the beneficiary's agreement before requesting a service on their behalf. You must not request anything unlawful or outside the published scope of a service.
Quotations and payment
Prices displayed before booking are indicative. The quotation issued for your specific request is the binding price. Payment is taken in advance and held against the booking. Any change of scope is re-quoted for your approval.
Assignment and delivery
We review every booking and assign a verified provider. Delivery depends on beneficiary confirmation and safe access. Where a visit cannot proceed for reasons outside our control, we will reschedule or refund according to our cancellation terms.
Evidence and reports
Reports and photographs are produced for your information. Photographs are captured only where consent is recorded. Evidence remains subject to our privacy notice and is shared through secure expiring links.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service are refunded in full. Later cancellations may incur a provider travel charge, which is stated before you confirm.
Disputes
If a service was not delivered as described, raise a dispute within 14 days. Provider payment is not released while a dispute is open. We investigate using platform records and evidence.
Liability
We are liable for our own coordination and management of the service. We do not guarantee third-party workmanship supervised on your behalf, and we are not liable for outcomes arising from information you or the beneficiary provide inaccurately.
Suspension
We may suspend an account where we identify fraud, abuse of a beneficiary, unlawful requests or breach of these terms.
